A great experience buying a new car at Capitol Subaru. I had done my homework and went in well-prepared. I started the process online so Jerome Rizon, Online Sales Director, was the sales rep in person. Working with him was a great pleasure. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. I recommend this dealership highly. We went there because a neighbor recommended them. Went in to service my 2019 Premium Subaru Crosstrek for its 84k mile maintenance. I’ve been thinking about buying my second Subaru for a while now. Ended up test driving the Wilderness Edition Crosstrek and loving it! I purchased my 2nd Subaru the same day. The nice gentlemen that helped me throughout the process was mister Ford Schwartz. He was very detailed and attentive. Answered all the questions I had. Very excited to pass down my passion for Subarus to my loved ones and the future generations to come :)
To whom it may concern: My review goes out to Mr. Jerome! I called on Thursday to ask about a trade in and the first person I spoke to was Jerome. He was an active listener, did not rush to end the call, and most importantly, he asked what type of vehicle I was interested in. We stayed in communication via text and phone. I was asking a million of questions but he was so patient with responding and being upfront, honest, and patient. I set up an appointment for Sunday, then Friday, but ended up arriving Saturday morning. Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating my aunt and I with purchasing a vehicle. Jerome took the time to show us three different vehicles, walked the lot, and explained the features on the vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with the staff and overall a smooth experience with purchasing a 2024 Ascent Touring.
